Green World Hotels will be undergoing the following precautions in order to protect your health during your stay.

• The official time used is local Taiwan time (GMT +8).

• Check-in time is based on the content of the project. It may be earlier or later. Please read the project description.

• Weekday: Sunday to Thursday.
• Holiday: Friday;Saturday;National holidays.
• For other special festive activities, please call us.
• Chinese New Year: The First Date of the First Lunar Month to the Fifth Date. (No discounts)
• Check-in time is after 15:00 p.m. (May vary depending on project content)
• Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. (May vary depending on project content)
• Please inform the Hotel of the accurate number of guests (number of adults or children) during reservation. Please inform the Hotel again if the number is changed. The Hotel will charge additional bed fees if the number of guests exceeds the reservation number.

Please note that children age 12 and older are charged as adult price.

• Two children under 5 years old (inclusive) are free when using existing beds.
• Children aged 6 (inclusive) to 11 years (inclusive) will be charged for using existing beds. Please con-tact hotel staff for details.
• 12 years old and above are billed as adults and will be charged for using existing beds. For de-tails, please contact the store staff.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

1. The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
2. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel on the day of arrival.
3. In case of no-show the hotel will charge 100% of the first night as a penalty fee.
4. Should you wish to change an existing reservation,please contacting with reservation department.

We are offering comprehensive and friendly services for infants and we have prepared a wide range of amenities so that you can travel with your children without hassle. Green World Hotels invites all the dads and moms to take their kids to stay with us for precious family moments and memories.

The Green World Hotels Group participated in the Achievement Press Conference sponsored by the Tourism Bureau of Taipei City Government at the Caesar Metro Hotel where the Zhonghua, ZhongXiao, Songshan, SongJiang, and NanGang branches received the certificates for Muslim Friendly Hotels from the Chinese Muslim Association.

The Green World Hotels responds to the call of the government by constructing Muslim-friendly sleeping and culinary environment to attract Muslim tourists.

In terms of the hotel rooms, the Green World Hotels posted the directional guide, timetable, and even prayer rugs for praying so the Muslim tourists can pray conveniently.

Moreover, in order to comply with the requirement of International Muslim Clean Facility, washlets have been installed throughout all hotels.

For restaurants, Green World Hotels has prepared independent cooking and eating areas, utensils, sauce, exclusively for our Muslim friends.We also purchase only from Muslim certified meat and vegetable suppliers.

The five hotels which have received the Muslim-friendly Hotels and Restaurants certificate are all situated near the MRT stations throughout Taipei’s most quintessential locations and business districts in hope of Muslim tourists to enjoy their stay with us and their trip to Taiwan.
